Did you know that according to the Directorate-General for Health (DGS), children should practice “at least 60 minutes of physical activity of moderate to vigorous intensity every day.”
This is why sport is one of the pillars of the Luís Figo Foundation. Here we encourage the practice of exercise to promote health, social interaction and the acquisition of tools and discipline that will be very useful for the future of these children and young people.
