To conclude the third cycle of FLF – Auchan Workshops on the topic of sustainability in food, yesterday’s session took place at the Almada Social and Parish Center, with over two dozen children participating enthusiastically in the games and tasks proposed.
Once again, as a practical tool for education on good nutrition, healthy eating, and promoting physical activity, the Luís Figo Foundation provided the board game “How, How? – The Secret of the Pyramid,” which, in a playful and dynamic way, teaches and encourages the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits.
