Tips for a smoother return to school:

Return to schedules and routine gradually
Clean the bedroom. A tidy and organized environment allows for greater focus and mental rest.
Setting goals and expectations for the school year will allow the child or young person to structure their mind towards an objective and the necessary steps they will take to achieve them. This point should be carried out lightly, without pressure, so that the child expresses what they would like to achieve. One of the goals may be to learn to play an instrument or make new friends.
Create a calendar of classes and activities and post it in a visible place
Remember good times lived in previous years.
