World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day

An estimated 10-20% of children have one or more mental health problems.

At a time when mental health is increasingly talked about, but still much less than it should, with testimonies of athletes, actors, singers, etc. who have increasingly talked about this topic, there is still a long way to go, namely in children’s health. In our daily reality, this is a very likely scenario, with situations such as poverty and dysfunctional family environments contributing to situations of behavioral disorders, depression, anxiety, among others. It is therefore urgent to address the issues at the right ages, so that these children will be functional, balanced and happier adults tomorrow.
