Legend has it that a Gallic knight, named Martinho, was trying to return home when he met halfway, during a storm, a beggar who asked him for alms. The knight, who had nothing left with him, took off his warm cloak, cut it in half with his sword, and gave half of the cloak to the beggar.
At that moment, the storm passed and the sun returned!
