✨ This Monday was truly magical at the Catarina Vicente Equestrian Club!
The children from APPACDM – CRI had the unique opportunity to ride, groom, pamper, and interact with the horses – an experience full of connection with the animals, with nature, and personal growth! 🐴💙
This direct contact with the horses, supported by specialised technical staff, brought visible gains in self-confidence, self-esteem, and anxiety management.
More than a recreational activity, it was therapeutic, inclusive, and unforgettable for everyone involved.
