Persimmon

With a thin skin, persimmon is practically composed only of pulp, whose fiber promotes good intestinal function, satiety and low levels of LDL cholesterol (also known as “bad cholesterol”). Persimmon is rich in vitamin A, providing 22% of the recommended daily dose, and potassium (11.5% of the recommended daily dose).
