Yesterday was another Educational Session day for the JOGAR na LINHA project!
EB No. 1 of Monte da Caparica welcomed us with open arms for the 3rd session of our educational journey, dedicated to the theme “Super Healthy Plate!”
We talked about nutrition, balanced choices, and the impact that good eating habits have on well-being, academic performance, and life.
We also showed that a healthy plate can actually be more affordable!
With dynamic activities, lots of smiles, and great participation, we continue to inspire the younger generation to make choices that promote a healthier, more conscious future.
That’s the purpose:
To raise awareness and educate through health and well-being literacy.
