In the 4th session of the Jogar na Linha project, students explored the importance of physical activity and the relationship between a balanced diet and optimal sports performance.
Throughout the various activity stations, they learned:
🏃♂️ How nutrition influences energy levels and performance
💧 The importance of hydration during exercise
🥪 The best pre- and post-workout snacks
⚡ How to recover properly after physical activity
🚶♀️ The difference between an active lifestyle and a sedentary one
Through challenges, games, and food-related activities, our young participants discovered how small daily choices can make a big difference to their health and well-being.
The Jogar na Linha project, a partnership between the Fundação Luís Figo and the Egas Moniz School of Health & Science, continues to raise awareness and develop initiatives that promote healthier lifestyles among children.
