This week we were at EB Maria Rosa Colaço, in Feijó, and in doing so we concluded the first phase of the project, whose focus and goal is to promote healthy lifestyle habits among primary school children.
This journey is only possible thanks to the joint work between the Luís Figo Foundation and the Egas Moniz School of Health & Science, a partnership that reinforces the importance of education and health literacy from an early age, demonstrating a real impact on children’s well-being and development.
We believe that informing, raising awareness and creating healthy routines are fundamental contributions to a more balanced, conscious future with more and better opportunities for everyone.
