#Throwback to a truly special day at Clube Equestre Catarina Vicente!
The children from APPACDM – CRI enjoyed unique moments of contact with the horses: riding, grooming, cuddling, and interacting with these incredible animals. An experience of connection with nature that promoted self-confidence, self-esteem, anxiety management, and, above all, pure joy.
It was much more than a recreational activity. It was therapeutic, inclusive, and unforgettable, proving that small actions can create great transformations.
